AmStaff Fitness Elite Prowler Sled offers a wide range of Exercises. Its unique mirror design allows pulling and pushing from multiple positions in both directions without having to turn the sled around. This allows for improved workout efficiency, greater versatility, consistency and smooth flow throughout training sessions.

The Prowler also has detachable plate loadable poles which can be removed and inserted to create a wheelbarrow/ farmers walk exercise in a push or pull direction.

Inspired by the need for a weight sled that could be ultra-versatile and provide intense training for athletes, Crossfitters and heavy lifters alike, the Pro Series Push/Pull Power Sled is the most capable sled on the market.
